Shipping policy

Shipping Packages:

We Ship packages through mainly Epacket or EMS to provide tracing numbers and security to out customers once they are shipped.

World Wide Shipping:

We now offer world wide shipping for many countries, and we will continue updating our shipping locations. We now offer shipping to countries that accept the many currencies that we accept on the Home Menu of our site.

Shipping Time: Please allow between 15-45 days for your order to arrive for our anime products from our suppliers.

For our own Designed Apparel, it will only take about 7-14 days to deliver to your destination, depending on your location. It will be shipped whithin a week after ordering it and the order will be given a tracking code to the customer to help track their order and expected delivery time.

If More than 14 days for our apparel, or 45 days for our anime products have passed, please email us at abrahamramirez123.ar@gmail.com, or Call 1-347-336-5365, to review the status of your order. Refunds will be handled through email if necessary.
